What is a credit?
One second of finished video. A one-minute video costs 60 credits; a premium ElevenLabs voice adds half a credit per second, and generating a custom music track costs 20. Writing the script with AI is free.
What if a video fails?
Nothing is charged. Credits are held when the video starts and settled when it finishes: you pay for the length it really runs, never more than the estimate, and a failed or canceled video gives everything back.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Starter, Pro and Team, unused plan credits carry over for one month, so you can hold up to two months' worth. Free's 60 credits come once and never expire. Pack credits last 12 months.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. Credit packs work on every plan, Free included, and a video paid from pack credits has no watermark.
How do teams work?
Create a team from your account, subscribe it to Team and invite people. Members share the team's projects, brand kits and 5,000 monthly credits. 3 seats are included; each extra seat is $15 a month ($150 a year).
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, from Manage billing. An upgrade applies immediately with a prorated charge and adds the new plan's credits; a cancellation keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds?
Within 7 days of purchase for credits you haven't used — email hello@demoscreen.co.
