Terms

You own your screenshots, outlines, and the rendered demo video. Use them anywhere — landing pages, App Store, Play Store, marketing, press, social.

DemoScreen is provided as-is. We render videos from your inputs; we don't promise they'll get your app approved or perform on any platform. You're responsible for following App Store / Play Store guidelines on imagery, claims, and copy (no fake awards, no false promises, etc.).

The Free plan includes a one-time grant of 60 credits per personal account. They don't expire and are not renewed; further videos need a paid plan or a credit pack.

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Team) renew monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout, and include a monthly allowance of credits; unused plan credits roll over for one billing period. Credit packs are one-off purchases whose credits expire 12 months after purchase. Cancel any time from the billing portal — your plan continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds within 7 days of purchase for credits you have not used.

Don't try to reverse-engineer the rate limits or distribute credentials. Don't upload illegal imagery. Don't use the renderer to impersonate other apps or brands. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do.

Content policy. We don't make demos for products whose subject is drugs (including cannabis, even where it's legal), sexual content, or violence. That covers the screenshots, the script, and the product itself. We may decline or delete such a project or render, and close the account, at our discretion.

Data processing. How we process your personal data, including lawful basis, sub-processors, transfers, and retention, is set out in /privacy. If you process personal data of third parties through DemoScreen on a Pro plan, the Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms. The current sub-processor list is at /legal/subprocessors.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, DemoScreen's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law.
