You own your screenshots, outlines, and the rendered demo video. Use them anywhere — landing pages, App Store, Play Store, marketing, press, social.

DemoScreen is provided as-is. We render videos from your inputs; we don't promise they'll get your app approved or perform on any platform. You're responsible for following App Store / Play Store guidelines on imagery, claims, and copy (no fake awards, no false promises, etc.).

Pro plans renew monthly. Cancel any time from your Stripe portal — access continues until period end. Refunds within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Don't try to reverse-engineer the rate limits or distribute credentials. Don't upload illegal imagery. Don't use the renderer to impersonate other apps or brands. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do.

Data processing. How we process your personal data, including lawful basis, sub-processors, transfers, and retention, is set out in /privacy. If you process personal data of third parties through DemoScreen on a Pro plan, the Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms. The current sub-processor list is at /legal/subprocessors.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, DemoScreen's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law.
